Abstract: Collection and conservation of pomegranate germplasm resource is the basic of breeding, genet⁃ics and biological characteristics research. The construction of“Chinese pomegranate germplasm nursery”and the collection and conservation of germplasm resource were briefly introduced, and then the inno⁃vative use progress was reviewed. Finally, the next work was prospected. This article would provide reference for collection, conservation, research work of pomegranate germplasm resource.
