1. Authors guarantee that the article is an original work and does not involve any academic misconduct behaviors. Should any academic misconduct arise, the authors shall bear all responsibilities.
2. Authors agree to transfer the complete copyrights of the article (main body text and all related attachments) to the Editorial Office of Journal of Fruit Science, including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation. The transfer period is the same as the copyright protection period, and the transfer scope is global. The transfer fee is included in the remuneration paid to the authors by the journal and will not be paid separately. The Editorial Office of Journal of Fruit Science has the right to use the article including but not limited to the following ways:
1) Reproducing, distributing, disseminating via information networks, broadcasting, or using other means to distribute the article in any form, format, or medium, whether known now or developed in the future, such as CD-ROM, disk, network, etc.;
2) Translating, adapting, compiling the article, and utilizing the figures, abstracts, or any parts of the article to derive other works.
3. After the article is published, third-party users and authors can use the article according to the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license agreement.
4. This agreement takes effect from the date of signing. The electronic version, copies, and the original have the same legal effect. If the submitted article is not finally accepted, this agreement will automatically become invalid.

Note: This agreement should be signed at the time of article submission. After filling it out, please make sure to upload it to the submission system. The editorial office will only consider the manuscript for review after receiving this agreement. The author must sign by hand, and printed signatures are invalid. If an author is unable to sign in person for any reason, they may have someone sign on their behalf, but there should be evidence proving the authorization of the signing author.
