Abstract: The primary industry，secondary industry and tertiary industry development and research status of Zaozhuang city were summarized. The main problems of pomegranate industry were analyzed. Ustainable development ideas, countermeasures and suggestions were presented from operational mechanism, policy, capital, technology, culture and tourism, and social service system.
