Analysis on life table of wild Ichang Papeda population in Longsheng of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomus Rejion

【Objective】The objective of the study is to provide the survival information of Ichang Papeda population in Guangxi.【Method】The age structure and crown density of Ichang Papeda population in Longsheng of Guangxi was studied by analyzing the static life table and estimated values of four functions.【Result】The survival curve of the wildlife Ichang Papeda population belonged to compound type of Deevey-I and Deevey-II. The survival rate of wildlife population was monotonously decreased,and the accumulated death rate was monotonously increased concomitantly,in which the altered degree was more obvious in early stage than that of in later stage. During the whole growth period,the death crest-times appears in the young stage.【Conclusion】The studies suggested that the current survival situation of wildlife Ichang Papeda population in Guangxi province is quite serious,and the protective measure,for examplethinning shrub layer,for stabilizing the wildlife Ichang Papeda population should be carried out urgently.
