Abstract: 【Objective】To explore the present situation of Guizhou persimmon germplasm resources genetic diversity and genetic relationship, and providing theoretical basis for its protection and utilization.【Methods】In this study SRAP molecular markers technology was used to analysis the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 83 Guizhou persimmon germplasm resources.【Results】118 DNA loci were amplified by 15 pairs of SRAP primers,of which 108 loci were polymorphic, accounted for 91.53% of total loci, the number of alleles(Na) was(1.915 3 ± 0.279 7),the effective number of alleles(Ne) was(1.418 9±0.352 1),Nei's gene diversity(He) was(0.252 6 ± 0.176 0),Shannon's information index(I) was(0.390 6±0.234 2). UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the similarity coefficient is about 0.740,the 83 copies of persimmon germplasm resources could be classified into 5 groups, there is a certain correlation between groups of similar coefficient and the distance and germplasm botany traits.【Conclusion】The Guizhou persimmon resources contain abundant genetic diversity, and human factors leading to the presence of strong gene flow among regions. The 5 regions of persimmon germplasm resources genetic diversity were,in order, the Centre > West > Southern > Northern > Eastern. SRAP marker technology can effectively reveal the genetic diversity, the degree of differentiation and phylogenetic relationship of persimmon germplasm resources in Guizhou. And the results also have important significance in protecting, utilizing and genetic improving of persimmon germplasm resources in Guizhou.
