【Objective】‘Red Globe'was native to the United States,and is a late-ripening table grape cul-tivar which had the traits of crisp flesh,sweet,excellent quality and special-good storage. Although itsfruit quality performance was not ideal in the Turpan area where the climate is hot and dry,the traits ofgood storage is an important trait needed in the region. The study researched the genetic tendency and an-alyzed the inheritance of the fruit traits on the basis obtaining a large number hybrid plant by hybridizing‘Red Globe'with 8 varieties(lines)that have excellent local performances.【Methods】The‘Red Globe'as female parent in 8 hybrid combinations produced 384 F1 progenies which were obtained in 2009. Thefruit quality index of fruit color,flesh aroma,firmness,berry weight,and presence of seed were tested in2013 and 2014,the data was processed by Excel statistical software,the phenotypes of the fruit charac-ters were verified by chi-square test(χ2),and the genetic tendency were analyzed by the index of coeffi-cient variation(CV),heritability(Ta),narrow heritability(h2).【Results】White accessions appeared incrossing combinations between the‘Red Globe'and red or white cultivars,red: white was 51:141(thewhite including: green,yellow-green,green-yellow,yellow;the red including: red,pink-red,red,dark-red;purple-red,red-purple). Red× red combinations accorded with 1:3 rule,but red× white combination didn't accord with the 1∶1 rule. Few aroma accession was found in the crossing combinations be-tween the‘Red Globe'and aroma variates(or accessions),but none was found in the crossing combina-tions between the‘Red Globe'and non aroma variates(or accessions).‘Red Globe'crossed with crispflesh or soft flesh,hybrid offspring phenotype showed continuous distribution,soft flesh: medium: crispflesh was 5.3∶6.0∶1.0. The average fruit weight of F1 generations of each combination was lower than orclose to the median values. Three combinations that the male(Xinyu,SP8028,SP137)berry weightswere bigger than the females' showed the trend of ultra low dear,the combinations that the male berryweights were smaller than the females' showed the trend of the distribution of chemotaxis,however‘RedGlobe'בMelissa Seedless' combination showed the trend of ultra low dear. The seedless ratio of F1gener-ations was low,and the inheritance of seed trait was complex,The progenies showed some seedless acces-sion when crossing with seeded variates(lines),while showed not seedless accession when crossing witha few seedless variates(lines).【Conclusion】Fruit red color trait separated in F1 progenies,the genes con-trolling the fruit color wasn't only a pair of dominant and recessive genes.‘Red Globe'might carry the mi-cro effect or recessive aroma genes,the progenies expressed a few genes when it hybridized with flavor va-rieties(or accessions). Berry crisp trait was the trend of weakening,the ratio of transmission to progenieswas lower,but it also was influenced by the nature of the father. Berry weight also the trend of weaken-ing,but there was the possible to obtain big fruit. The seedless inheritance trait showed complex in theprogenies. Seedless plants were obtained in both of the hybrids with seeded variates(lines)or seedlessvariates(lines).
