Condition optimization for fermentation of antagonistic strain of walnut stalk rot disease

【Objective】To investigate best condition for liquid fermentation and increase the antagonisticsubstance productivity of Strain Gy-11.【Methods】The optimal culture medium,carbon and nitrogensources were evaluated. The single factor experiments were adopted to optimize the fermentation condi-tions.【Results】The optimum culture medium were LB and NB. The best carbon source was glucose,thebest nitrogen source was peptone. The optimal fermentation conditions were medium capacity 50 m L·250m L^-1,inoculation rate 4%(V/V),initial p H 7.0,temperature 30 ℃ and rotate speed 180 r·min^-1.【Con-clusion】The research results provide the theory foundation for the development of biological agents.
