【Objective】There were rich wild grape resources in China. Analysis of the anthocyanin compo-sition in berry skin was of great significance to the identification,classification,comprehensive develop-ment and utilization of Chinese wild grapes.【Methods】Four V. vinifera cultivars(‘Muscat Hamburg',‘Miskat plevenski',‘Pinot Noir'and‘Cabernet Sauvignon')were taken as control,some of Chinesewild grapes(V. davidii,V. heyneana,V. bryoniaefolia,V. amurensis,V. pseudoreticulata,an unknownspecies,et al.)were used as experimental materials. Fourteen standard anthocyanins were used to detectthe anthocyanin composition and content in berry skin by HPLC-UV.【Results】The berry skin of V. vinifera cultivars contained more monoglucoside anthocyanins and except V. adenoclada,the Chinese wildgrapes contained more di-glucoside anthocyanins;The main anthocyanins in V. vinifera were Malvidin(Mv),there were less pelargonidin(Pg)anthocyanins,while Chinese wild grape berry skin containedmore Pg anthocyanins;Except in some strains of V. davidii,the total anthocyanins content in the berryskin of Chinese wild grape was significantly higher than in V. vinifera;The composition and content of an-thocyanins in various Chinese wild grape species showed great difference.【Conclusion】The compositionand content of anthocyanins in the berry skin of Chinese wild grape and V. vinifera cultivars were signifi-cantly different,and various Chinese wild grape species also showed great difference. It could provide thebasis for identification,classification and utilization of Chinese wild grape species.
