杏新品种冀美红的选育

摘 要:冀美红杏是从宇宙红×丰园红杂交群体中选育而成的极早熟鲜食红杏品种。果实卵圆形,底色橙黄色,着色样式及类型为片状红色,着色面积占果面的1/2以上,外观光洁;果肉橙黄色,质地细腻,纤维含量中多,汁液含量中多,香气微,硬度中等;果肉与果核分离,核仁味苦。果实发育期57 d,可溶性固形物含量(w)14.1%,去皮硬度3.39 kg·cm-2,鲜食品质优。极丰产,大树高接第4年产量达2112 kg·666.7 m-2,适宜在河北省中南部及生态条件类似的区域栽培。

杏树作为河北省重要的果树种类之一,具有悠久的栽培历史,广泛分布于全省多个地区,尤其在太行山、燕山山区以及冀中南平原的部分区域形成了规模化种植[1]。河北省杏品种资源丰富,既有传统优良品种,如串枝红[2]、香白杏等,也有近年来引进品种,如珍珠油杏[3]、丰园红[4]等。这些杏品种在果实色泽、口感等方面均展现出独特魅力,为当地杏品种增添了丰富的多样性。然而,当前品种结构仍存在不合理之处,生产上多为中、晚熟品种,极早熟品种数量相对匮乏[5]。这一现状导致鲜食杏上市时间过于集中[6],市场供应过剩,进而拉低价格。价格下跌不仅抑制了果农的种植积极性,也难以满足消费者在初夏时节对杏果的迫切需求。

因此,选育优良的极早熟杏品种显得尤为重要。通过抢占初夏鲜果市场先机,提高鲜杏的市场价格,进而显著提升果农的经济收益[7],同时有效满足消费者对杏果的消费需求。基于此,河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所持续多年开展杏杂交育种工作,致力于培育具备优良特性的极早熟鲜食杏新品种。

1 选育过程

2014年,以宇宙红为母本、丰园红为父本进行杂交育种,获得1100粒杂交种子。当年夏季对种子进行鲜种沙藏处理,2015年春季播种,获得实生杂交苗282株。2016年春季,采用宽窄行栽培模式定植实生杂交苗,宽行行距2 m,窄行行距1 m,株距1 m。2017年实生杂交苗首次结果,从中筛选出一株性状优良的极早熟红杏优株,编号SN14-6-17E。2019年,SN14-6-17E通过大树高接方式在邢台巨鹿县、石家庄北郊、保定满城区和唐山玉田县等不同气候区域进行区试试验。经多年观察发现,该优株具有结果早、丰产、极早熟、外观好、品质佳等优点,暂定名为冀美红(图1)。2023年获得国家植物新品种保护授权,品种权号:20 230433;2024年通过河北省林木良种委员会审定,证书编号:冀S-SV-PA-030-2024。

2 主要性状

2.1 植物学特征

生长势中庸,树姿半开张,成枝能力中等;花芽着生位置主要为花束状果枝和1年生枝,1年生枝阳面呈紫褐色;叶片长度9.20 cm,叶片宽度8.70 cm,叶尖长度0.91 cm,叶柄长度4.38 cm;叶片深绿色,叶基钝圆形,叶尖呈大钝角,叶缘为圆锯齿,起伏小;多数叶柄着生2~3个蜜腺。花单瓣,花直径2.76 cm,花瓣下部白色,花萼紫绿色。

2.2 果实经济性状

在石家庄地区,冀美红杏于5月中下旬成熟,果实发育期为57 d。平均单果质量70.1 g,最大单果质量99.5 g;果实纵径5.38 cm,横径5.03 cm,侧径5.65 cm,果实较对称,缝合线浅,梗洼浅;果实卵圆形,果顶圆凸,有果顶尖,外观光洁,果皮有茸毛,果实底色橙黄色,着色样式及类型为片状红色,着色面积占果面的1/2以上;果肉橙黄色,质地细腻,纤维含量中多,汁液含量中多,香气微,果实硬度中等;果实去皮硬度3.39 kg·cm-2,可溶性固形物含量(w)14.1%;果实与果核的黏离程度为离核,果核卵圆形,核仁味苦,平均核仁质量1.40 g,核仁不饱满。与对照品种金太阳相比,冀美红平均单果质量增加4.8 g,可溶性固形物含量提高3.1百分点,果实去皮硬度增加1.22 kg·cm-2,果实外观光洁靓丽,耐贮运(表1)。

2.3 生长结果习性

结果早,大树嫁接后第2年结果。在9年生杏砧木上高接后第3年,杏树干周51.7 cm,冠径3.9 m×3.8 m,树高3.2 m,平均新梢长度91.75 cm,节间长度2.79 cm。1年生枝叶芽萌发率41.81%,成枝率(枝条长度≥30 cm)13.95%。柱头高于或等于雄蕊的完全花比例为86.58%,该类型完全花的自然坐果率为23.90%。幼树定植后第2~3年即可挂果,初挂果时以长果枝和中果枝结果为主,盛果期以中果枝和短果枝结果为主。以盛果期杏树为砧木进行大树高接,第2年即可开花结果。6年生砧木高接第3年产量为1898 kg·666.7 m-2,第4年产量为2112 kg·666.7 m-2。自花授粉不亲和,需配置授粉树。

果实纵、横、侧径的日增长量呈快-慢-快-慢的双S型曲线,两次高峰分别出现在4月中旬和5月中旬;新梢日生长量高峰出现在4月下旬,6月下旬出现第2次生长高峰,7月下旬出现第3次生长高峰。

2.4 物候期

在石家庄区域,冀美红杏于2月下旬花芽萌动,3月中旬进入始花期,花期持续4~7 d;3月下旬至4月上旬叶芽萌动,4月上旬进入展叶期;果实于5月中下旬成熟,发育期57 d;该品种多数年份于10月下旬至11月上旬开始落叶,树体营养生长期约225 d。

2.5 抗性与适应性

在河北省中南部的石家庄市、顺平县、满城区、巨鹿县等地,冀美红在壤土地、山地和细沙地等不同立地条件下连续多年栽培,均未发现疮痂病和褐腐病。在果实成熟期间,即使遭遇38~40 ℃连续两天的高温,果肉内部也未出现软化和褐变现象,且无裂果和日灼现象发生。

3 栽培技术要点

冀美红适宜在冀中南及生态条件相似地区栽培,树形宜采用自然圆头形、自然开心形或延迟开心形。根据立地条件差异,确定适宜的株行距。肥水条件良好的地区,应适当增大株行距,以(3.0~4.0)m×5.0 m为宜;山地丘陵等土壤瘠薄的地区,可适当缩小株行距,以(2.5~3.0)m×4.0 m为宜。该品种具有自交不亲和性,授粉品种可选择金荷、金太阳等。

该品种坐果率高,丰产性好,应于落花后15 d及时开展疏果作业,建议同侧果间距控制在10~15 cm,产量控制在2000 kg·666.7 m-2,以达到最佳品质。

果实采收后应尽早施用基肥,用量以年施肥总量的70%为宜。由于该品种果实发育周期较短,采收后需及时补充高磷复合肥,以促进花芽分化。冬季清园以喷施3~5°Bé 石硫合剂为主,营养生长期采用物理、生物、化学等综合防控措施防治蚜虫、红蜘蛛、美国白蛾、黄刺蛾等主要害虫。

冀美红杏在盛花期若遇-2 ℃以下低温,或幼果期遭遇0.5 ℃以下低温时,需及时采取防护措施,预防倒春寒造成的危害。可结合果园实际条件,选择相应防寒措施,如提前灌水以延迟花期,熏烟以提高果园温度,开启扰流风机以促进空气流动,或搭建冷棚进行保温防护。

4 综合评价

冀美红为极早熟红杏品种,与对照品种金太阳相比成熟期提前约7 d,具有上市早、果个大、外观靓丽、可溶性固形物含量高、风味浓等特点,推广前景广阔。

Abstract: Jimeihong is a new early-ripening red apricot cultivar developed through artificial hybridization in 2014 by the Shijiazhuang Institute of Pomology,Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.It was bred from the cross between Yuzhouhong and Fengyuanhong.A total of 1100 hybrid seeds were obtained from this cross.In 2017,key evaluations focused on its fruit development period,appearance,taste,and yield.From 2019 to 2024,regional adaptability trials were conducted in Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,and Baoding.In 2023,it received a Plant Variety Right from the National Forestry and Grassland Administration,with the variety right number: 20230433.In 2024,it was officially approved by the Hebei Provincial Forest Tree Cultivar Approval Committee,with the certificate number:Ji S-SVPA-030-2024.This cultivar has moderate growth vigor and a semi-spreading tree posture.Flower buds mainly occur on bouquet spurs and one-year-old branches.The sunny side of one-year-old branches is purplish-brown.Leaves have a rounded base and a broadly obtuse apex,with crenate margins.Flowers are single-petaled,with a diameter of 2.76 cm,white petals,and purple-green sepals.The proportion of complete flowers is 86.58%.The fruit is ovate,with a shallow suture,symmetrical halves,and pubescent skin.The base color of the fruit is orange-yellow,with half of the surface covered in patchy red.The flesh is orange-yellow and fine-textured,with medium fibers,and it is freestone.The average mass of a single fruit is 70.1 g,with the maximum being 99.5 g.The flesh firmness after peeling is 3.39 kg·cm-2,and the soluble solid content is 14.1%.In the Shijiazhuang area,the initial flowering period is around March 20th,and the fruits mature in mid to late May,with a fruit development period of 56 to 58 days.Compared to the control cultivar Jintaiyang,the average single fruit mass of Jimeihong is 4.8 g higher,the soluble solid content is 3.1%higher,and the fruit flesh firmness after peeling is 1.22 kg·cm-2 higher.The fruit has a clean and shiny appearance and good storage and transportation properties.Young trees begin bearing fruit in the second or third year after planting.Mature trees top-grafted onto 6-year-old rootstocks start bearing in the 2nd year,yielding 1898 kg per 666.7 m2 in the 3rd year and 2112 kg in the 4th year after grafting.This variety is suitable for cultivation in central and southern Hebei Province.Recommended tree-training shapes include open-center,natural round-topped,or delayedopen-center systems.The suitable planting density is(2.5-4.0)m×(4.0-5.0)m.It primarily bears fruit on spurs and bouquet spurs.It is suggested to control the distance between adjacent fruits on the same side to 10-15 cm and keep the yield at 2000 kg per 666.7 m2 to achieve optimal quality.
