优质极早熟梨新品种明晶的选育

摘 要:明晶是以华梨2号为母本、桂花梨为父本杂交育成的优质极早熟梨新品种。树势中庸,树姿半开张。果实圆形,果皮绿色,果面光滑,果点小,果肉白色,肉质细脆,汁液多,风味甜。平均单果质量262.5 g,果形指数0.92,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)11.2%~11.5%,可滴定酸含量0.94 g·kg-1,可溶性糖含量7.6 g·100 g-1,维生素C含量31.2 mg·kg-1,果实去皮硬度5.3 kg·cm-2,品质上等。在湖北武汉,萌芽期为2月下旬至3月上旬,盛花期为3月中下旬,果实成熟期为7月上旬,落叶期为11月上中旬,果实生育期约105 d。该品种适宜在湖北省种植,第5年进入盛果期,盛果期折合产量42 750 kg·hm-2。明晶早果性好,成熟期极早,丰产性强,抗黑斑病,适应性强,是一个综合性状优良的极早熟梨新品种。

我国是梨生产大国,栽培面积97.31万hm2,产量2 098.79万t,面积与产量均居世界首位[1]。湖北省梨生产面积2.42万hm2,产量46.60万t[2],是仅次于柑橘、桃的第三大水果,对农业产业结构调整、农民增收及乡村振兴具有重要作用。然而,在梨产业发展过程中,早熟梨品种匮乏、中晚熟梨品种比例过大等问题制约了湖北省梨产业的高质量发展[3-5]。近年来,梨育种工作者已选育出金翠酥、金彤等品种,但优质极早熟梨品种仍不足[6-7]

湖北省农业科学院果树茶叶研究所以早熟、品质优良、丰产稳产的华梨2号为母本、极早熟梨品种桂花梨为父本,配置杂交组合,通过实生苗培育、优株选择、品种比较试验和区域试验,选育出优质极早熟梨新品种明晶。该品种的选育及其配套栽培技术的研发为湖北省梨品种更新换代提供了品种资源和技术支撑,对推动梨产业结构优化升级具有重要意义。

1 选育过程

湖北省农业科学院果树茶叶研究所采用有性杂交育种方法,于2008年以华梨2号为母本、桂花梨为父本进行杂交育种,共获得杂交种子178粒。种子经层积处理后,于2009年1月播种,获得杂交实生苗68株,定植于梨育种课题组选种圃,全部成活,并分别编号。明晶(09-2-6)单株于2012年开始结果,2014年选为优株,并进行嫁接育苗。2015年,该品种定植于品种比较试验园,并在枣阳市梁集镇,武汉市江夏区、新洲区,鄂州市鄂城区种植,随后对其生长、结果、丰产性、稳产性、抗逆性等农艺性状及果实经济性状进行观察、测试与分析。结果表明,该品种性状稳定,且优良性状突出,果实圆整、外观美、品质优、抗性强。2023年6月,通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GDP梨(2023)420008,定名为明晶(图1)。

2 主要性状

2.1 植物学特征

树势中庸,树姿半开张。枝干灰褐色,表面光滑,1年生枝褐色,皮孔较稀,枝长52.54 cm,枝粗0.68 cm,节间长度4.05 cm。叶芽较小、斜生,花芽圆锥形,中等大小。幼叶淡绿色,叶片卵圆形,叶缘锐锯齿,叶基圆形,叶尖渐尖,叶片长度10.69 cm,叶片宽度7.95 cm,叶柄长度3.56 cm,成熟叶片色泽绿,叶面平展,叶背无茸毛。每个花序6~7朵花,花冠白色,花瓣5~6枚,直径3.1 cm,雄蕊22~28枚,花药紫红色,柱头略低于花药。果实具5个心室,种子圆锥形,中等大小,黄褐色。

2.2 果实经济性状

果实圆形,果皮绿色,平均单果质量262.5 g,纵径7.38 cm,横径8.00 cm,果形指数0.92,果梗长度3.1 cm,果梗粗度0.30 cm,果形端正。萼片脱落,萼洼中深、中广,梗洼浅、狭到中。果面光滑,果点小、疏。果肉白色,肉质细嫩,汁液多,石细胞含量少,果实可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)11.2%~11.5%,可滴定酸含量0.94 g·kg-1,可溶性糖含量7.6 g·100 g-1,维生素C含量31.2 mg·kg-1,果肉硬度5.3 kg·cm-2,风味甜,品质上等(表1)。

2.3 生长结果习性

明晶5年生树高3.00 m,冠径2.40~2.50 m,干粗7.56 cm。枝条萌芽率高,成枝力低,以短果枝结果为主,花芽极易形成,果台连续结果能力强。明晶幼树应轻剪长放,尽快扩大树冠。第5年进入盛果期,盛果期折合产量42 750 kg·hm-2,丰产稳产(表2)。

2.4 物候期

在湖北武汉,叶芽萌动期为2月下旬至3月上旬,花芽萌动期为3月上旬,盛花期为3月中下旬,果实成熟期为7月上旬,落叶期为11月上中旬。果实生育期约105 d,营养生长期约230 d。

2.5 适应性与抗逆性

明晶在武汉、新洲、鄂州、枣阳、钟祥等砂梨产区栽培表现良好,多年栽培表现为适应性强,果实外观佳,丰产性强,抗黑斑病和轮纹病,综合性状优良。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 栽植

建园宜选择交通便利、水肥条件较好的地块。定植前,抽槽改土,槽宽80 cm,槽深60 cm。回填时,先填入表土至距地面10 cm处,施入有机肥和复合肥,有机肥施用量为1000 kg·666.7 m-2,复合肥施用量为80 kg·666.7 m-2;然后回填、起垄,垄高30 cm。圆柱形树形株行距为1.5 m×4.0 m,双臂顺行式棚架树形株行距为4.0 m×3.0 m。

3.2 整形修剪

圆柱形树形:树高3.0~3.5 m,主干高60 cm,中心干上均衡配备20~25个主枝,单轴延伸,不留侧枝,主枝基角约70°;粗度超过中心干的1/3时进行疏除,疏除时留芽,或以预留枝填补空间。

双臂顺行式棚架梨树形:主干高1.40 m,其上着生2个主枝,每个主枝上着生10~12个结果枝组[8]

3.3 花果管理

明晶成花容易,坐果率较高,通过冬季修剪可控制结果枝数量。4月中旬,谢花后约15 d定果,果间距20~25 cm,产量控制为2850 kg·666.7 m-2

3.4 肥水管理

明晶对肥水条件要求较高。9—10月施入有机肥2000 kg·666.7 m-2,复合肥80 kg·666.7 m-2;翌年5月上旬至6月下旬,每隔10~15 d施用1次水溶肥,水溶肥用量为5~8 kg·666.7 m-2,全年累计施用量40 kg·666.7 m-2

3.5 病虫害防治

主要病虫害包括梨锈病、黑斑病、梨瘿蚊、梨木虱、蚜虫、梨小食心虫等。防治措施:2月下旬,全园喷3~5°Bé 石硫合剂进行清园消毒;谢花后,喷施15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂800倍液防治梨锈病,配合22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂2000倍液防治蚜虫、梨瘿蚊;4月下旬至5月上旬,喷施10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂2000倍液防治黑斑病,配合22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂3000倍或20%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂2000倍液防治梨木虱等;5月中下旬至6月上旬,喷施4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油2000倍液或2.5%功夫乳油3000倍液防治梨小食心虫等。

4 推广应用前景

在湖北省武汉市、枣阳市、鄂州等的多年引种栽培表明,明晶的成熟期极早、外观佳、品质优良、丰产稳产、适应性强,适宜在湖北省推广种植。该品种于7月上旬即可采摘上市,综合性状优良,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Breeding of a new extremely early-maturing pear cultivar with high quality,Mingjing

Abstract: Mingjing is a high-quality early-maturing pear variety.It was bred through hybridization with Huali No.2 as the female parent and Guihua pear as the male parent by the Fruit and Tea Research Institute,Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2008.A total of 178 hybrid seeds were obtained from this cross.The primary selection work began in 2014,focusing on excellent ultra-early maturity,appealing appearance,high quality,and high and stable yield.In 2015,the variety was planted in a comparison orchard,and also cultivated in Liangji Town of Zaoyang City,Jiangxia District,Xinzhou District of Wuhan City,and Echeng District of Ezhou City.Observations,tests,and analyses were conducted on the agronomic traits (such as growth,fruiting,high yield,stable yield and stress resistance) and fruit economic traits.The results showed that it had stable traits and prominent excellent characteristics,including regular round fruit shape,appealing appearance,high quality and strong resistance.In June 2023,it passed the registration of non-major agricultural crop varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,with the registration number GDP Pear (2023) 420008,and was officially named Mingjing.The Mingjing tree has a moderate growth vigor and a semi-spreading tree posture.Its branches and stems are grayish-brown with a smooth surface;the one-year-old shoots are brown,measuring 52.54 cm in length,0.68 cm in thickness,and having an internode length of 4.05 cm.The fruits are round in shaped,with a yellowish-green peel and a smooth fruit surface.The fruit dots are small.The flesh is white,fine and crisp in texture,and juicy,with a sweet flavor.The average single fruit weight is262.5 g,and the fruit shape index is 0.92.The soluble solid content ranges from 11.2%to 11.5%,the titratable acid content is 0.94 g·kg-1,the soluble sugar content is 7.6 g·100 g-1,and the vitamin C content is 31.2 mg·kg-1.The hardness of the peeled fruit is 5.3 kg·cm-2,showing excellent fruit quality.In Wuhan,Hubei Province,it sprouts from late February to early March;full bloom occurs in mid-to-late March;fruit ripens in early July,and the leaves fall in early-to-mid November.The fruit growth period lasts for approximately 105 days.It is suitable for cultivation in Hubei Province and other regions with similar climates.For the cylindrical tree shape,the plant spacing is preferably 1.5 m × 4.0 m;for the"double-arm along-row"trellis tree shape,the recommended plant spacing is 4.0 m×3.0 m.The tree enters the full fruiting period in the 5th year after planting,with a yield equivalent to 42 750 kg·hm2 during the full fruiting period.Multi-year regional trials have shown that this variety has good early fruiting performance,an early maturity period,strong high-yield capacity,resistance to black spot disease and wide adaptability.It is an excellent new very early-maturing pear variety.
