优质中晚熟芒果新品种黔山芒2号的选育

要:黔山芒2号是由金煌芒×红芒6号杂交选育出的优良中晚熟新品种。果实卵圆形,青熟果果皮呈绿带红,完熟果果皮呈黄带红,果面光滑,具蜡质;果肉黄色,肉质细腻、嫩滑、纤维少、多汁,外观品质好,单果质量为500~700g,平均单果质量542.6 g,果形指数1.58。果实可食率为71.5%~82.3%,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)为12.0%~15.3%,总糖含量为83.21 mg·g-1,果糖含量为22.04mg·g-1,蔗糖含量为10.13 mg·g-1,葡萄糖含量为9.76mg·g-1,总酸含量为0.20%,维生素C含量为30.36mg·100g-1,粗纤维含量为0.47%,果实味甜、香味偏淡,综合品质中上等。果实生育期为130d,在贵州省低热河谷区成熟期为8月中下旬,定植第4年单株产量为14~16kg。年抽梢3~4次,花期为3月中旬至4月中下旬,花序圆锥形,长30.6~43.6 cm,宽13.5~23.6 cm,两性花比率为32.3%。对细菌性角斑病、白粉病抗性较强。适宜在贵州海拔800m以下、气候干燥凉爽的区域种植,定植后第3年开花结果,表现丰产、稳产。

芒果(Mangifera indica Linn.),属于漆树科(Anacardiaceae)芒果属(Mangifera),是一种热带、亚热带重要经济作物,享有“热带果王”美誉。该树种为常绿乔木果树,具有抗旱耐瘠、固持沙土、美化环境等特征[1-3]。中国芒果生产主要集中在海南、四川、广西等地区的南亚热带区域,截至2024年,种植面积达40.94万hm2,产量达511.9万t,居世界第二位。贵州省芒果种植集中在贵州南、北盘江及红水河流域(两江一河)低海拔河谷区,已成为该地区发展现代山地生态高效农业的重要内容之一[4]

据报道,中国芒果种质资源收集保存数量已超过2000份,其中桂热芒82号、红玉芒、桂热芒4号等品种通过审定[5-6]。贵州低热河谷区因地理和气候条件比较特殊,存在部分野生种质资源[7]。但是,贵州芒果面临品种搭配不合理、优质晚熟品种少、品种抗寒性差等问题,制约着芒果产业的高质量发展。笔者针对贵州喀斯特山区气候特点及芒果产业发展需求,以金煌芒为母本、红芒6号为父本,通过杂交育种培育出新品种黔山芒2号。经试验观察分析,该品种具有树势强、花期较迟、开花结果性状良好、中大果型、抗病性强等特点,且适应性良好,符合贵州中晚熟芒果育种目标。

1 选育过程

2002年3—4月(芒果花期),在贵州省亚热带作物研究所试验基地(望谟科技示范园)进行人工杂交授粉。选取母本金煌芒健壮植株上的健壮花穗,在雌花开放前进行去雄套袋;待雌花柱头成熟(呈现黏液状)时,采集父本红芒6号当天开放的雄花花粉,用毛笔蘸取后轻轻涂抹于母本柱头上;授粉后重新套袋并挂牌标记,记录杂交组合信息。2002年7—8月,采收杂交授粉后成功坐果的果实,取出种子,晾干后立即进行沙藏催芽。2003年春季,将发芽种子点播于营养钵中,培育实生苗。2006年,实生苗定植后第3年开始结果,对结果单株进行初步筛选。重点考察果实外观(果形、果皮颜色)、内在品质(可溶性固形物含量、风味、纤维含量)、成熟期、产量及植株生长势等指标。初步筛选出15株果形端正、风味较好、成熟期适中的优良单株,编号为QSM-01~QSM-15。

2011年5月,在望谟县平洞街道办,以初选优系QSM-02为试验材料,以红芒6号作为对照,采用高接换冠方式将其嫁接在3年生金煌芒上,选取3个小区,每个小区嫁接15株,株行距3 m×4m,其他管理方式一致。2013—2015年,连续3年观察并记录物候期、植物学特征、农艺性状、果实品质、产量及抗逆性等指标。结果表明,QSM-02优系成熟晚、果实发育期为130d,成熟果果皮黄带红,果肉黄色,抗逆性强,综合性状稳定,定为复选初系。

2017—2019年,分别在望谟县平洞街道办、兴义市南盘江镇田房村、贞丰县鲁容乡孔明村设点进行区域试验,观测QSM-02优系的植物学特征、生物学性状、农艺性状以及抗性等指标,并进行综合评价。结果显示,QSM-02优系在各试验点均能正常生长结果,适应性强,果实品质和产量表现稳定,且成熟期一致,商品性好。该品种于2020年申请植物新品种保护权,定名为黔山芒2号,并于2024年获得授权,品种权证书号为第2024035181号(图1~图2)。

2 主要性状

2.1 物候期

黔山芒2号年抽梢3~4次,花期为3月中旬至4月中下旬,果实发育期130 d,成熟期为8月中下旬。定植后第3年开花结果,表现丰产、稳产。

2.2 植物学特征

黔山芒2号树势中等,树冠呈圆头形至扁球形,较开张;枝条较细,新梢浅紫色,木栓化后呈褐色;叶片椭圆形,长24.1~32.6 cm,宽4.8~7.0 cm,叶形指数为3.71~5.88,叶柄长度为2.3~4.7 cm,叶尖急尖,叶片较厚,嫩叶淡紫色,老叶深绿色;花序圆锥形,长30.6~43.6 cm,宽13.5~23.6 cm,花轴红色,花瓣黄白色,凋谢前转为粉红色,花盘较大,花药玫瑰红色,两性花比率32.3%(图3)。

2.3 果实经济性状

果实卵圆形,青熟果果皮呈绿带红,完熟果果皮呈黄带红,外观品质好。单果质量为500~700 g,平均单果质量542.60 g,果形指数1.58;果实纵径为12.53~16.90 cm,果实横径为8.06~10.24 cm,果实侧径7.17~9.66cm,果腹肩向外圆出、果背肩向下圆出,果窝不明显或无,果颈无,果顶圆钝,种子单胚。定植第4年单株产量为14~16kg,果实可食率为71.5%~82.3%。果面光滑,具蜡质,果肉黄色、嫩滑、纤维少、多汁。总糖含量(w,后同)为83.21 mg·g-1,果糖含量为22.04mg·g-1,蔗糖含量为10.13mg·g-1,葡萄糖含量为9.76mg·g-1,可溶性固形物含量为12.0%~15.3%,总酸含量0.20%,维生素C含量30.36mg·100 g-1,粗纤维含量0.47%,果实味甜、香味偏淡(表1)。

2.4 抗病性

通过田间调查,分别在兴义市南盘江镇田房村和望谟科技示范园对供试材料的主要病虫害发生情况进行调查和统计,初步明确了参试材料在调查区域的抗病性。鉴定结果表明,黔山芒2号对炭疽病抗性较弱,对细菌性角斑病、白粉病和蒂腐病抗性较强。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 产地环境

在南北盘江、红水河流域海拔800 m以下低热河谷山地建园。年均温在19.5 ℃以上,年有效积温6000 ℃以上,无霜期345 d以上,年降水量为1100~1300 mm,年日照时数1300 h以上,最冷月均温10 ℃,极端最低温-1 ℃。土层深1.0 m以上,有机质含量1%以上,pH=5.5~7.5,地下水位低于1.8 m,土壤疏松肥沃,结构良好的壤土、壤砂土。

3.2 果园建立

采用长边沿等高线的方式开梯,梯田面宽以4 m为宜。按照长70 cm、宽70 cm、深70 cm规格挖定植穴,施底肥后回填细土,树盘高出地面30 cm,每坑施入腐熟农家肥或有机肥10~15 kg以及钙镁磷肥1 kg作为底肥。回填土高出原坡面10~15 cm,呈小丘堡形。在冬春季节寒害较严重区域,应在迎风面设置防护林带。林带栽植3~4行,株行距为1 m× 2m,距离果园边沿5~6m,设置0.8~1.0m宽的隔离沟。

3.3 定植

3.3.1 定植时期 除12月至翌年2月外均可种植。

3.3.2 定植密度 种植密度为4m×3 m。

3.3.3 定植方法 栽植时,先在穴中央挖一个25~30 cm的植苗穴,再解除营养袋膜,将苗直立置于穴中,随即用周围细土将其固定,再填土踩实,最后修筑树盘,浇透定根水。

3.4 肥水管理

3.4.1 幼龄树施肥 当幼苗成活抽出第2次新梢时(定植后1~2个月)及时施肥,距树干15~25 cm施入复合肥30~50g·株-1或尿素20~30g·株-1;第2年共施肥4次,施肥时间分别为3月、5月、8月和11月。其中,前3次每次施复合肥30~50 g·株-1,11月施腐熟农家肥或有机肥5~8 kg·株-1。第3年的施肥时间、种类、方法同第2年,每次施肥量在第2年基础上增加50%。

3.4.2 结果树施肥 结果树施肥主要分4次进行,促花肥于2月施用,三元复合肥0.2 kg·株-1、尿素0.1 kg·株-1;壮果肥于5月中下旬施用,硫酸钾肥0.2kg·株-1、饼肥0.5kg·株-1、三元复合肥0.3 kg·株-1;秋梢肥于8月中下旬施用,三元复合肥0.4kg·株-1、尿素0.1 kg·株-1;越冬肥于12月中下旬施用,有机肥15~20kg·株-1、三元复合肥0.5kg·株-1、钙镁磷肥1 kg·株-1

3.4.3 水分管理 幼龄树定植后1个月内,如遇晴天每隔3~5d人工浇水1次,宜在傍晚进行。结果树在开花期、幼果期、果实发育期以及果实膨大期若遇干旱,应及时灌溉。

3.5 整形修剪

3.5.1 幼树整形修剪 宜在第2年或第3年(树干高80~100 cm时)进行定干,留3条主枝,剪除其余枝,主枝基角为45°~50°,均匀分布,在其上各着生2~3条侧枝,第一侧枝距主干30~40 cm,第二侧枝距主枝25~35 cm,经上述反复修剪操作,最终培养形成圆头形树冠。

3.5.2 结果树整形修剪 修剪分2次进行:第1次修剪在幼果期(5—6月),剪除过密枝叶、病虫枝叶和果穗中未挂果部位的顶端花梗,并将未结果枝从密节芽以下适当短截,剪除夏梢;第2次修剪于8月中旬采果后进行,短剪结果枝、夏梢和过长的春梢,疏除病虫枝、交叉枝、重叠枝,并对树冠中部的徒长枝进行疏剪或短剪。

3.6 套袋

果实套袋宜在第2次生理落果后(果实约鸡蛋大小时)进行,应选择晴天,套袋顺序为先上后下,先里后外。套袋前7 d和1 d在果面各喷1次50%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂1000倍和2.5%溴氰菊酯2000倍混合液,待果面药液晾干后进行套袋,套袋时封口处距果实基部果柄着生点5 cm,封口用细铁丝扎紧。

3.7 病虫害防治

黔山芒2号抗病性强,主要防治炭疽病、细菌性角斑病和白粉病,选择高效、低毒、低残留的杀菌(虫)剂进行防治。其中,炭疽病选择50%多菌灵500~600倍液、70%甲基托布津800~1000倍液、1∶1∶100波尔多液1000倍液或75%代森锰锌800~1000倍液;白粉病选择15%粉锈宁1000倍液、45%硫黄悬浮剂200~300倍液、53%金雷多米尔600倍液;细菌性角斑病选择2%春雷霉素500倍液、20%噻菌铜700倍液、52.8%可杀得1000倍、75%百菌清800倍液。虫害主要包括切叶象甲、叶瘿蚊、蓟马、横线尾夜蛾,采用5%噻螨酮1500~2000倍液、1.8%阿维菌素6000倍液、三氯杀螨醇1000倍液+硫黄悬浮剂200倍液、20%杀灭菊酯2000倍液或25%敌杀死1200倍液进行喷雾防治。

3.8 果实采收

以果实八成熟时采收为宜。在晴天露水干后或阴天进行采收,雨天不宜采收。采用一果两剪法,果实放入内垫软物衬垫的果箱中,每箱装果20 kg为宜,轻拿轻放。采收后,应在24h内进行商品处理。

Abstract: Qianshan Mango No.2 is a high-quality mid-to-late maturing variety. The seedling was derived from a cross between female parent (Jinhuang Mango) and male parent (Red Mango No.6) in 2002 at the experimental field. It was initially selected in2002 for its bright colors and quite late ripening time. Through artificial hybridization pollination,18 hybrid seeds was gotten. From 2013 to 2015,the phenological period,botanical characteristics,agronomic traits,fruit quality,yield and stress resistance of QSM-02 were observed and recorded for three consecutive years. The results show that QSM-02is late-maturing,with a fruit development period of 130days. The mature fruit has yellow skin with a red tinge and yellow flesh. It has strong stress resistance and stable comprehensive traits,and is thus designated as a preliminary selected strain. After regional adaptability testing at three sites over three years from 2017 to 2019,it was finally selected in 2020. The tree vigor is moderate with a relatively open canopy. The leaves are elliptical and thick,with a leaf shape index ranging from 3.71 to 5.88. The inflorescence is conical,measuring 30.6-43.6 cm in length and 13.5-23.6 cm in width,with a hermaphrodite flower ratio of 32.3%. The fruit is ovate. The skin of the green ripe fruit is green with a hint of red,while that of the fully ripe fruit is yellow with a hint of red. The fruit surface is smooth with a waxy texture. The flesh is yellow,fine and tender,with few fibers and abundant juice. It has a good appearance. The average single fruit weight is 542.6 g,and the maximum single fruit weight is 664.0 g. The fruit shape index is 1.58. The edible rate of the fruit is 71.5%-82.3%,the soluble solids content is 12.0%-15.3%,the total sugar is 83.21 mg·g-1,the fructose is22.04mg·g-1,the sucrose is 10.13 mg·g-1,and the glucose is 9.76mg·g-1. Total acid is 0.20%,vitamin C is 0.30mg·g-1,and crude fiber is 0.47%,with sweet taste and nitrogenous aroma;The quality is above the average. The fruit development period is 130days. In the low-heat river valley area of Guizhou Province,it matures at the middle and late August. The yield per plant is 14 to 16 kilograms after four years of planting. Generally,it sprouts 3 to 4 times a year. The flowering period is from mid-March to mid and late April. The inflorescence is conical,with a length of 30.6to43.6 cm and a width of 13.5 to 23.6 cm. The ratio of bisexual flowers is 32.3%.It is suitable for cultivation in the dry and cool climate areas below 800meters in altitude in Guizhou. It has strong resistance to bacterial angular leaf spot and powdery mildew. The planting holes should be dug according to the specifications of 70 cm in length,70 cm in width and70 cm in depth. The planting density is 4 m×3 m. It is advisable to perform the trunk pinning in the second or third year (when the tree trunk height is 80-100 cm). The pruning of the bearing tree is carried out in two stages. The first stage is during the early fruiting period (May-June),to remove the dense branches and leaves,diseased and pest-infested branches and the top flower stalks of the fruit clusters that do not bear fruit. The second stage is in mid-August,to short-trim the borne branches,summer shoots and overly long spring shoots after the harvest;and to remove the diseased and pest-infested,crossing and overlapping branches.
