优质、早产、丰产鲜食枣良种沧冬4号的选育

摘 要:沧冬4号是由普通冬枣自然芽变选育出的鲜食型冬枣新品种。该品种树体成枝力强,早果性强(定植当年即可结果),兼具优质、丰产的特性。果实近圆形,果皮薄,表面光滑,成熟果实赭红色,果肉黄白色,肉质细腻,汁液丰富,口感酥脆,风味甜,具香气;平均单果质量为21.08 g,最大单果质量达28.80 g,果形指数为0.98,平均可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)为30.72%,维生素C含量为307 mg·100 g-1,果实硬度为9.04 kg·cm-2,可食率达97.6%,品质优良。在河北沧州地区,沧冬4号于4月中旬萌芽,6月上旬始花,9月下旬至10月中旬果实成熟,果实发育期约128 d。一次枝主芽平均萌发率为25.42%,具有良好抗寒、抗旱、耐盐碱、抗裂果能力。适合在河北省平原及太行山等枣区种植,当年生枝即可结果,丰产性强。

冬枣作为我国的核心鲜食枣,近年来种植面积和市场需求持续扩大。然而,现有冬枣品种存在适应性差、果实品质不稳定、产量较低等问题,限制了其进一步发展。与此同时,随着消费升级趋势的进一步显现,市场对冬枣的果实品质、风味口感及外观品质提出了更高层次的多元化需求[1]。因此,选育适应性强、果实品质稳定、风味口感优良的新品种成为提升冬枣产业竞争力的关键。在此背景下,早冬1 号[2]、猗冬1 号[3]、冬枣820[4]、沧冬3 号[5]、夏甜[6]、晋冬枣[7]等新品种的培育与推广,极大地丰富了冬枣品种,并丰富了市场的多样性。沧冬4 号具有自然发枝力强、树冠成型快等优良特性,显著提升了栽培效率,符合现代枣产业集约化、省力化的发展需求,展现出突出的经济价值和推广潜力。

1 选育过程

1.1 亲本来源和亲本特性

沧冬4 号为普通冬枣的芽变品种,普通冬枣果个中等,平均单果质量16.69 g,主干一次枝开张角度约60°,一次枝主芽萌发率小于5%。在河北省沧州地区,普通冬枣于4 月进入萌芽期,6 月初进入始花期,9月下旬果实白熟,10月中旬进入完熟期。

1.2 选育经过

2007年,在河北省青县曹寺镇张广王村发现一株百年树龄的冬枣树,其中一骨干枝条开张角度较大。该枝条所结果实较其他果实果型增大,单果质量、可溶性固形物含量均增加,初步鉴定为芽变。2008—2010 年,通过形态学观察比较该芽变植株与普通冬枣植株差异,发现在枣头粗度、枣吊长度、叶片大小、花蕾大小等方面变异性状均保持稳定。2011 年,采集该芽变枝条接穗,在张广王村进行坐地苗嫁接。当年观测发现,嫁接苗平均苗高1.6 m,主干着生3~4 个枣头枝,枝条长度80~100 cm,开展角度约85°。连续观察至2015 年,其变异性状表现稳定。2015 年,在青县司马庄以坐地苗建园;2018年,在黄骅市白庄和阜平县柏崖村通过高接换头方式建园,并开展区域性栽培试验。2020—2023 年,对该品种在不同生态条件下的植物学特征、生长结果习性、果实品质和适应性等进行系统调查。区域试验结果表明,沧冬4号为晚熟鲜食枣优良品种,其核心选育成果表现为:果大(平均单果质量21.08 g)、含糖量高(可溶性固形物含量30.72%),且性状稳定、丰产性与适应性突出。2023年8月,分别采集沧冬4号和普通冬枣的新鲜叶片,利用SSR 分子标记技术对两个品种进行DNA多态性比较分析。DNA指纹图谱比对结果显示(图1),沧冬4 号与对照样本DNA 未出现差异条带,表明其品种起源高度同源。2024 年,通过河北省林木品种审定委员会新品种审定,定名为沧冬4号(良种编号:冀S-SV-ZJ-031-2024)。

2 品种特性

2.1 植物学特征和生物学特性

沧冬4号树势中庸,自然发枝力强,枝叶茂密,树冠成型快,较普通冬枣提早1~2 年。新生枝基角开张角度大,主干一次枝开张角度为80°~90°,当年生定植苗的主芽无需刺激即可萌发3~4 个枣头,一次枝主芽萌发率为20%~30%。高接换头后,主芽当年可萌发形成结果枝组。新生枣头紫褐色,当年生枝颜色较深,枝干纵裂粗糙。皮孔近圆形,中大型,微凸,分布稀疏。针刺较普通冬枣发生退化,长度明显缩短,最长不超过0.50 cm,并于当年自然脱落。3~5 年生枣股每节可抽生3~5个枣吊,平均3.1 个。枣吊平均长度24.60 cm,着生7~22 枚叶片。叶片卵圆形,深绿色,两侧平展,平均叶长6.01 cm,平均叶宽2.47 cm,长宽比为2.43;叶尖渐尖,先端钝圆,叶基圆形,叶缘具细锯齿,齿尖圆。整体花量多,单个枣吊最多着生花序13个,每花序着花2~9朵。成熟花蕾五角形,浅绿色,角棱圆;花较小,花径约5.4 mm,初开时蜜盘为黄色。

2.2 物候期

在河北省沧州地区,沧冬4 号于4 月中旬萌芽,6月上旬进入始花期,结果期早。9月下旬果实白熟,10月中旬完熟,果实发育期约128 d,成熟期间可陆续采收。当年生枝发育为结果枝即具有良好结实能力,高接换头2~3年后进入丰产期,连续结果能力强。

2.3 果实经济性状

果实近圆形,平均单果质量21.08 g,最大单果质量28.80 g,果形整齐,果顶凹,梗洼深度中等,果皮薄,表面光滑,成熟果实赭红色(图2)。果肉黄白色,肉质细腻,口感酥脆,汁多无残渣,鲜枣平均可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)达30.72%,维生素C含量达307 mg·100 g-1,可食率达97.60%,含糖量高,品质佳,为优良的鲜食晚熟品种,其与普通冬枣的果实性状比较见表1(2023年调查结果)。

2.4 丰产性、适应性和抗逆性

沧冬4 号性状稳定,树冠自然成型快,早果性强,当年生枝即可结果,翌年即可进入丰产期。多头高接于8年生普通冬枣树后,每666.7 m2平均产量最高可达1 562.0 kg。沧冬4 号对地形与土壤具有广适性,在平原与山地均适宜栽植,能在壤砂土、黏土、壤土等多种土质条件下正常生长。该品种抗性强,兼具有抗寒、抗裂果、耐旱、耐盐碱等特点。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 建园

根据区域试验结果,沧冬4 号适于在河北省平原地区(如沧州市、黄骅市)及太行山区(如唐县、行唐县、阜平县)等枣适生区推广种植。园地应远离污染区,选择土层深厚、具一定肥力、阳光充足的开阔地形。在春季和秋季,通过栽植抗性苗木、高接换头的方法建园,以春季枣芽萌动时建园最佳,此时期栽植成活率最高。嫁接繁殖时可选用枣或酸枣作为砧木,在春季枣树萌芽树液流动期(4 月20 日左右)嫁接。根据砧木类型选择嫁接方法:苗圃培育的酸枣实生苗可采用劈接法;现有枣树高接换头时,粗壮主枝采用插皮枝接法,直径小于1 cm的枝条利用粗壮枣头接穗,采用腹接或劈接法。

3.2 整形修剪

枣树整形修剪可采用开心形或小冠疏层形树形。根据树势将定干高度控制在1.5 m以下,栽植株行距保持在2 m×(3~4)m。日常管理通过疏枝缓放等方法,重点剪除徒长枝、密生枝、重叠枝等,以增加中短枝数量,促进花芽形成。修剪时注意保持主侧枝生长优势,及时清理交叉枝,避免影响下层枝干的通风透光。进入生长期后,可通过拉枝调整枝条生长方向,建立层次分明的骨架结构。

3.3 肥水管理

以有机肥为基础,结合复合肥以改善土壤团粒结构与水气条件。沿树冠外围挖环状沟,将肥料与表土混合施入。枣树生长周期内分次追肥:萌芽阶段主施氮肥,盛花期补充氮肥保花稳果,果实膨大期增施磷肥,果实白熟期重点追施钾肥以提升糖分积累,每次施肥后应及时浇透水。此外,为增强枣树抗寒能力,应在落叶后至土壤封冻前浇灌封冻水。

3.4 病虫害防治

枣树害虫(螨)主要包括绿盲蝽象、皮暗斑螟、红蜘蛛、桃小食心虫、枣瘿蚊、枣尺蠖等;病害包括枣锈病、日灼、枣裂果等。病虫害防治应以“预防为主、综合防控”为原则,结合气候条件,在病虫防控关键“窗口期”,采取多种防治手段协同防治。如冬季清园以减少越冬病菌虫卵,春季在树干上缠绕粘虫胶阻止害虫上树,选用高效低(无)毒低(无)残留药剂或生物制剂等。

Abstract:Cangdong 4 is a newly selected late-maturing fresh-eating jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)cultivar derived from a natural bud mutation of the traditional Dongzao variety. The mutant was discovered in 2007 in a century-old jujube tree in Zhangguangwang Village, Qingxian County, Hebei Province.A distinct scaffold branch on the tree displayed superior fruit characteristics including larger size,higher sweetness, and increased soluble solids. The branch was confirmed to be a stable bud mutation through three years of morphological comparison with standard Dongzao.From 2008 to 2010,systematic evaluation of fruit shape, shoot growth, leaf size, and floral characteristics confirmed the mutant’s phenotypic stability. In 2011, scions were grafted for propagation and field testing in the same region.Later trials (2015—2023) were conducted across multiple sites in Hebei Province, including Simazhuang,Baizhuang,and Baiya villages.Tests assessed regional adaptability by evaluating plant growth,fruit quality,yield potential,and stress resistance.DNA fingerprinting analysis using SSR markers confirmed genetic homology with Dongzao,confirming its origin as a somatic variant.The cultivar was officially registered as Cangdong 4 in 2024 by the Hebei Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee(ID:Ji S-SV-ZJ-031-2024). Cangdong 4 trees are of medium vigor, with strong natural branching and fast crown formation, achieving fruit-bearing structure 1-2 years earlier than Dongzao. Shoots have wide branch angles (80°-90°), rough bark with longitudinal striations, and sparse, degenerated thorns that abscise annually. Leaves are ovate, dark green, 6.01 cm long and 2.47 cm wide, with a length-towidth ratio of 2.43.Inflorescences are abundant,with 3-5 cymes per node and up to 13 flowers per cymose panicle.The flower diameter averages 5.4 mm.The fruit is nearly round,with a fruit shape index of 0.98, a depressed apex, and a medium-sized stalk cavity. The exocarp is thin, glossy, waxy, and devoid of fibrous remnants,while the flesh is yellowish-white,crisp,juicy,and residue-free,with a sweet flavor. Fruit weight averages 21.08 g (maximum 28.80 g). The fruit shows 30.72% soluble solids content(SSC),307 mg·100 g-1 ascorbic acid,9.04 kg·cm-2 firmness,and 97.6%edible portion.These attributes make it suitable for direct consumption,with a favorable sugar-acid balance appealing to consumers preferring high-sugar jujubes. In Cangzhou, Hebei (38° N, 116° E), the budbreak appears in mid-April,flowers open in early June,and fruits mature from late September to mid-October,with a fruit development period of approximately 128 days.Terminal buds on annual shoots show a high germination rate(25.42%),with 3-4 fruiting spurs per shoot.Plants bear fruit in the second year and exhibit strong continuous fruiting ability.High-grafted trees achieved peak yields of 15.62 t·ha-1.Cangdong 4 exhibits tolerance to low-temperature, drought and saline stress, and fruit-cracking resistance. It adapts well to loam, sandy, and clay soils in both plains and mountainous regions. The fruit demonstrates good postharvest handling properties, with extended shelf life under room and cold storage conditions, maintaining better flavor and firmness.The cultivar is ideal for promotion in jujube-appropriate areas across Hebei and adjacent regions,offering high yied potential,early formation,and excellent fresh-market value.
