梨新品种京蜜的选育

摘 要:京蜜是由京白梨(母本)和金二十世纪(父本)杂交培育成的梨新品种,具有优质丰产、耐贮性强等特点。树势强健,树姿直立,乔化,生长势强,成枝力强。果实圆锥形,果形指数0.93,大果,单果质量233.0 g。果面光滑,有光泽,果锈少,果皮绿色,成熟后转为黄色,果皮较薄,果点小而密。果肉黄白色,质地细腻,肉质酥脆多汁,石细胞少,果心大小适中,果实具5心室。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)14.22%,可滴定酸含量0.12%。盛花期为4月中下旬,花期持续10~14 d,果实发育期为4月中下旬至8月下旬,果实发育期约140 d,果实成熟期为8月下旬。果实耐贮性好,低温冷藏可保存6~8个月。无特殊的敏感性病虫害和逆境伤害,产量高且稳定,适宜在北京、河北、辽宁梨产区及气候条件相似区域种植。

梨(Pyrus spp.)是我国第三大水果,截至2024年,全国栽培面积约91.47万hm2,总产量达到2 098.79万t,被誉为“百果之宗”,具有很高的营养价值和经济价值[1]。京白梨(Pyrus ussuriensis Maxin.‘Jingbaili’)又名北京白梨,为秋子梨系古老的优良品种之一,起源于门头沟区,距今已有400余年的栽培历史,是北京果品中唯一冠以“京”字的地方特色品种,于2012年获得地理标志产品保护,并于2013年列入农业部发展25种特色水果区域布局规划之中[2]。京白梨采摘时食用品质不佳,需要自然后熟约2周,果实品质才达到最佳,这一特性影响了京白梨园的观光采摘功能,制约了其在都市型农业中的发展。

常规杂交育种是目前最为广泛、最有效的育种方法之一,通过选配合适的亲本组合,运用基因重组的原理,使优良性状得以组合和积累,从而实现对后代性状的定向改良。因此,以京白梨为母本、金二十世纪为父本进行杂交育种,将京白梨果肉细腻、石细胞少、果皮薄、可溶性固形物含量高等优良品质,与金二十世纪无需后熟、适应性强、适合鲜食、丰产性好等优良性状相结合[3],从而育成丰产优质、无需后熟、适合观光采摘的契合都市型农业发展的秋子梨新品种。

1 选育过程

京蜜是从京白梨×金二十世纪的杂交后代中选育的梨新品种。母本京白梨定植于北京市昌平区阳坊镇后白虎涧果园,父本金二十世纪花粉来自中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所。2002年,进行人工授粉杂交和授粉果实管理,获得562 粒杂交种子。2003 年,将经层积处理并通过休眠期的种子,播种于北京市海淀区温泉镇白家滩果园育种圃,获得450株实生苗。2010—2012年,以早开花、自然授粉坐果率高、连续结果能力强和果实品质优为目标进行初选,筛选出1 株优良单株,标记为4-14,将其高接于成龄梨树上。2012—2014 年,根据高接树的果实品质和连续结果能力等指标进行复选,确定其为复选优系。2015—2020 年,利用嫁接、高接方法进行无性繁殖,观察树体生长势、开花结果习性、果实品质性状、田间病虫害抗性等,并进行优系的区域试验,连续多年观察该优系在当地的适应性、物候期和果实经济性状表现,确认其特异性状保持稳定[4],将其定名为京蜜(图1)。2024年4月,京蜜获得国家植物新品种权(CNA20201000017)。

2 主要性状

2.1 植物学特征

树姿直立,乔化,生长势强,成枝力强。1 年生枝波浪形,向阳面为暗褐色,枝条节间长度较短,约3.5 cm,上部茸毛极密(图2)。叶芽斜生,顶端钝尖,叶片长9.57 cm,叶宽7.64 cm,叶缘细锐锯齿状,叶基阔楔形,叶尖渐尖,叶柄长6.97 cm,无托叶(图3)。花芽长度中等至长;柱头4~5 枚,高于花药;花瓣5~7枚,呈白色、卵圆形、中等大小;萼片向花梗弯曲,花梗表面被茸毛(表1)。

2.2 果实主要经济性状

果实圆锥形,果实横径7.55 cm,纵径7.03 cm,果形指数0.93,单果质量233.0 g。果面光滑,有光泽,果锈少,果皮绿色,成熟后转为黄色,果点小而密。果梗长4.3 cm,粗0.29 cm,梗洼深度较浅、宽度适中。果实萼片宿存内聚,萼洼深度适中、广度适中、边缘平滑。果肉黄白色,质地细腻,肉质酥脆多汁,果心大小适中,果实具5 心室(图4)。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)14.22%,可滴定酸含量0.12%,果肉去皮硬度3.85 kg·cm-2(表2)。果实于1 ℃低温条件下可贮藏至翌年4月。

2.3 物候期

在北京地区气候条件下,京蜜花芽萌动期为3月下旬至4月上旬,初花期为4月中旬,展叶与开花同期,盛花期为4 月中下旬,花期持续10~14 d。果实发育期为4 月中下旬至8 月下旬,果实发育期约140 d。果实成熟期为8月下旬,落叶期为10月下旬至11 月上旬,树体营养生长期约210 d。不同地区或同一地区不同年份的物候期可能存在差异。

2.4 抗性与适应性

该品种在试验区域连续多年栽培中,高接树和幼树均未出现严重冻害和日灼现象。幼树定植当年无需进行越冬防寒,无抽条现象发生,田间生长状况良好。树体和花芽的抗寒能力均较强。无特殊的敏感性病虫害和逆境伤害。适宜北京、河北、辽宁梨产区及气候条件相似区域种植。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 建园与苗木定植

果园应建在生态良好、土层深厚、阳光充足、具备灌溉条件且排水良好的地带。该品种果实着色程度受光照条件、树体营养状况影响,生产上应采取适度密植,减小树冠,尽可能改善树体通风透光和营养状况。株行距以2.5 m×4.0 m为宜。栽后定干,定干高度约0.8 m。授粉树可选用早酥、鸭梨等品种,配置比例为3∶1 或5∶1。另外,该品种花序坐果率较高,生产上必须及时疏花、疏果,以保证果个较大且整齐,提高优质果率。

3.2 土肥水管理

果园进行常规土、肥、水管理,行间可种植豆科或禾本科等与梨树无共性病虫害的浅根、矮秆植物。秋季,果实采收后施基肥,基肥以有机肥为主,化肥为辅,可采用沟施或撒施。在灌溉时,可采用微喷或滴灌等方式,保证萌芽期、开花期、果实膨大期、越冬前等关键时期的需水量。

3.3 整形修剪

树形宜采用自由纺锤形,树体高度保持约3.5 m,以拉枝等方式开张枝条角度。冬剪时需注意保持主干延长枝的顶端优势,采用中、重短截技术控制中长枝的生长,形成主干上的结果枝组,短枝或短果枝不进行修剪。

3.4 花果管理

花期可采用人工授粉或放蜂授粉。适时疏花疏果,在花序伸出至初花期进行疏花,每20~30 cm 保留1 个花序,每花序保留2~3 朵边花;疏果时疏除畸形果、小果及病虫果,每花序保留单果,合理负载,保证果实品质。无需套袋,秋季果实成熟时呈金黄色,外形美观。

3.5 病虫害防治

病虫害防治以农业、物理、生物防治为基础,并配合化学防治,采取预防为主、综合防治的原则,及时防治黑星病、锈病、食心虫、梨茎蜂等病虫害。春季萌芽前后喷施石硫合剂,生长季可选用螺虫乙酯、阿维菌素、吡虫啉、吡唑醚菌酯等药剂防治病虫害。

4 应用前景

京蜜为新型秋子梨品种,具有外形美观、肉质细密、浓甜多汁等优良性状,丰产性好,生物学性状稳定,适应性及抗逆性强,适宜在北京、河北、辽宁地区及气候条件相似的梨产区进行种植推广。

Breeding report of a new pear cultivar Jingmi

Abstract:Pear(Pyrus spp.),with over 3000 years of cultivation history,is the third largest fruit in China with high nutritional value and economic value.As a prominent pear cultivar, Jingbaili (Pyrus ussuriensis Maxin.‘Jingbaili’)has been cherished for its high economic value and value of material cultural heritage.However,its after-ripening characteristic limits pick-your-own function,due to requirement of 2 weeks of natural after-ripening to achieve the best fruit quality. In order to improve this character,of the Fruit Tree Germplasm Innovation and Green Production Team of the China Agricultural University carried out a breeding program targeting earlier-ripening pears with superior appearance, internal quality, high yield and storage capability. In 2002, a cross was made between Jingbaili (female parent)and Nijisseiki (male parent). 562 hybrid seeds were obtained. 450 seedlings were established in 2003.In 2010—2012, one superior strain, 4-14, was selected for early flowering, reliable cropping and outstanding fruit quality. The secondary evaluation on top-grafted trees during 2012—2014 confirmed the stability of these traits.From 2015 to 2020,clonal trees were propagated by budding onto Pyrus betulaefolia rootstocks and evaluated in regional trials across Beijing, Hebei and Liaoning.The superior strain 4-14 was testified distinctive, uniform and stable through consecutive observation on its geographical adaptivity,phenological phases and fruit economic traits.It was officially named Jingmi and was registered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in April 2024 (Registration No.CNA20201000017). The trees were vigorous, and upright-spreading. The one-year-old shoots were wavy with short-internode (≈3.5 cm) and densely pubescent . The leaves were 9.57 cm long and 7.64 cm wide on average, with acutely serrated margins, wide wedge-shaped leaf bases, and acuminate apices. The flower swere white, 5-7 per corymb, blooming in mid to late April. The fruit was conical in shape, the shape index was 0.93, and the average single fruit weight was 233.0 g. The peel was thin,smoothy, and golden-yellow in color at maturity, with small, dense lenticels and minimal russets. The flesh was yellowish white in color, crispy and juicy, and low in stone cells. The soluble solid content was 14.22%,the titratable acidity was 0.12%,the firmness was 3.85 kg·cm-2.The bud burst was in early April,the fully blooming was in mid to late April.The fruits were harvestable in late August.The period of fruit development was 140 days.The fruits showed good storage capability under cold temperature storage.It could be cultivated in the areas with similar climates to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Northeast China. The spacing would be 2.5 m×4.0 m, and the proper pollinizers should be Zaosu, and Yali.The spindle form should be recommended.
