早熟粉果草莓新品种浙粉莓2号的选育

摘 要:浙粉莓2号是由香野×越心杂交选育而成的早熟粉果草莓新品种。植株长势中庸,株高21.3 cm,冠径32.8 cm。果实圆锥形,果面粉红色,果肉白色,髓部空洞小或无,果肉质地细腻,香甜多汁。一级序果平均单果质量30.0 g,全株平均单果质量16.9 g,果形指数1.29,硬度417.5 g·cm-2。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)12.20%,总糖含量74.19 mg·g-1,总有机酸含量0.80%,维生素C 含量645.66 μg·g-1,氨基酸含量2.03 mg·g-1,花青素含量6.30 μg·g-1。在浙江省设施促成栽培,9月上中旬定植,10月下旬现蕾,11月上旬盛花,12月中旬果实成熟,连续开花能力强,丰产性好。该品种适合中国大部分地区的设施促成栽培。

草莓(Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne)是蔷薇科草莓属多年生草本植物,果实色艳形美,果肉香甜多汁,富含各类营养元素和抗氧化物质,备受消费者青睐[1]。色泽是园艺作物果实外观品质中最重要的指标之一,直接影响果品的商品价值,也是消费者在挑选果品时最直观的评判标准。随着消费需求和销售模式的升级与转变,品种需求向多元化和特色化方向转变,差异化的果色也逐渐成为重要的育种目标之一[2]。目前,生产上的栽培草莓品种主要为红色系品种[3],为了更好地满足草莓消费新需求,尤其是满足观光采摘对多元化和特色品种的需求,浙江省农业科学院园艺研究所开展了不同果色草莓品种的育种研究,选育出早熟优质粉果草莓新品种浙粉莓2号(图1)。

1 选育过程

2015年3月,选用日本品种香野作为母本,与自主育成品种越心进行杂交,4 月下旬共收获杂交种子223 粒,经播种后实际得到实生苗136 株,9 月上旬定植于浙江省农业科学院海宁杨渡试验基地。2015 年11 月至2016 年4 月考察所有实生苗的成熟期、果实大小、可溶性固形物含量、风味和抗病性等主要性状,初选优株6 株(15-20-11、15-20-17、15-20-20、15-20-33、15-20-78、15-20-113),并进行自然增殖。2016年底至2017年初在杨渡基地进行复选,其中优株15-20-17 综合性状表现优异,入选为优系。2017 年对该优系进行第二轮复选,确认其主要性状表现稳定,将其确定为品系并定名为浙粉莓2 号。2018 年起在台州临海市、杭州建德市和富阳区开展生产适应性试验。经多年多点试验,浙粉莓2 号早熟、果形端正、色泽美观、品质优、风味浓、连续结果能力强。2023 年9 月获得植物新品种权授权(品种权号:CNA20191000753)。

2 主要性状

2.1 植物学特征

植株长势中庸,姿态直立,株高21.3 cm,冠径32.8 cm。叶片为倒卵圆形,长12.4 cm、宽9.9 cm、厚0.26 mm,质地革质平滑,叶面边向上,颜色深绿有光泽,叶基楔形,叶缘锯齿尖。叶柄长度13.6 cm,粗度3.14 mm,叶柄茸毛直立,托叶鞘颜色浅绿,耳叶漏斗、平兼有。花序二歧聚伞形、斜生、低于叶面,花序梗长3.2 cm,花序梗粗3.79 mm。花梗长10.5 cm,花梗粗2.97 mm,花梗茸毛紧贴。花色白,花冠径2.8 cm,花瓣呈圆形、相互间重叠,雄蕊低于雌蕊。花序可连续抽生3 次,平均花数25.9 朵·花序-1,自然坐果率高。匍匐茎抽生能力强,繁殖系数高。

2.2 果实性状

果实圆锥形、果形一致性好,果面状态平整、有光泽,果实顶端易着色。果蒂无种子带小,种子着生平于果面、分布均匀,成熟时为黄色。萼片相对果实平离着生,萼心呈凹陷状,萼片直径与果径相同。成熟时果面粉色,果肉白色,髓部白色、空洞无或小,果肉细腻多汁,风味香甜。果实纵径4.4 cm,横径3.4 cm,果形指数1.29,硬度417.5 g·cm-2。一级序果平均单果质量30.0 g,全株平均单果质量16.9 g,最大单果质量50.8 g。果实可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)12.2%,总糖含量74.19 mg·g-1,总有机酸含量0.80%,维生素C 含量645.66 μg·g-1,氨基酸含量2.03 mg·g-1,花青素含量6.30 μg·g-1。浙粉莓2 号与亲本果实性状比较见表1。

2.3 物候期

在浙江省设施栽培条件下,9 月上中旬定植,10月下旬进入现蕾期,11 月上旬达到盛花期,12 月中旬为果实成熟期(表2)。连续开花结果能力强,至翌年4 月底形成3 次花果期,平均株产437.7 g,平均产量2 538.7 kg·666.7 m-2

2.4 适应性

浙粉莓2 号适合设施栽培,选育过程田间试验及多年多点生产适应性试验结果表明,该品种环境适应性良好,田间抗性观测表明,其中抗灰霉病、白粉病,易感炭疽病,抗性与红颊相似;抗逆性强,低温、弱光环境耐受性较强,连续开花结果性好(表2)。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 育苗

育苗地宜选择土壤疏松肥沃、排灌方便,近3 a(年)内没有种植过草莓的地块,以水稻田为宜。育苗畦按畦面宽1.5~2 m、沟宽30 cm、沟深30 cm 整地准备,为更利于排水,垄面应呈龟背形,苗地四周开40~50 cm深沟。3月中下旬至4月上旬定植母株,宜选用无病壮苗,在畦侧单行、双行或畦中间单行定植,每666.7 m2栽1000~1200 株。母株成活后间隔10~15 d,追肥3次,每次施三元复合肥3~5 kg·666.7 m-2。子苗繁殖期应保持土壤湿润,视发苗情况追肥45%三元复合肥6~10 kg·666.7 m-2,8 月中旬以后停止施肥。7 月初,当子苗繁殖系数达到70 株·m-2时可采用三唑类农药、生长抑制剂等适度控苗。

3.2 定植

在浙江及临近省份视天气情况可在9 月上中旬定植,选择根系发达、短缩茎粗度8 mm以上、无病虫害、具有4 枚及以上叶片的健康生产苗,采用高垄双行、三角形方式定植,短缩茎弓背朝向垄沟。浙粉莓2 号定植株距以23 cm 为宜,每666.7 m2栽植生产苗5800 株左右。定植时可加盖80%遮光率以上的遮阳网,以提高植株成活率。

3.3 植株与花果管理

定植后长出2 枚新叶时和铺地膜前,分别摘除贴近地面的老叶;现蕾时宜保持5~6 枚叶,结果期保持8~10枚叶。及时清除分蘖芽,宜采用“1-2-2”整枝法,即在顶花序抽生前,只留1 个主枝,第二花序时留2个侧枝,第三花序时留2个侧枝。开花前2 d,每个单栋棚放养一箱蜂,置于距大棚北端5 m 处,蜂箱高出草莓植株30 cm,蜂巢口朝南;连栋大棚应按比例适当增加放蜂量。当有6~7个幼果处于小拇指大小时进行疏花疏果;疏除畸形果、小花小果,根据品种特性、植株长势、市场需求、销售模式,每花序留3~7 个果。平整沟面,全园铺上地膜或者防水地布,在第一花序开花坐果后,用白网垫在畦两侧地膜上,将果面与地膜隔开。

3.4 肥水管理

该品种长势中庸,定植前宜施足基肥,以菜饼、羊粪等有机肥为主,注意有机肥应充分腐熟,以免烧苗。定植成活后视长势情况追肥,出新叶后滴施高氮型、高磷型水溶肥2~3 kg·666.7 m-2各1次、显蕾期平衡型水溶肥2~3 kg·666.7 m-2,果实膨大后,间隔7~10 d 滴灌高钾型水溶肥,每666.7 m2灌水量500~800 kg,肥料浓度0.4%以内。结合喷药可追施叶面肥补充中微量元素。结果后期,在2 月中旬,追施1次平衡型肥。

3.5 棚温管理

浙江省气候条件下,当最低温度降至10 ℃时,开始铺地膜、扣棚膜;当最低温度降至5 ℃时加盖中棚膜保温;当最低温度降至0 ℃时,采用双层膜保温;最低温度在-6 ℃时,应再加盖小拱棚膜,或双层膜保温加其他加温措施;最低气温降至-8 ℃以下时,应采用三层棚膜加其他加温措施。果实发育进入膨大期后,棚内日温控制在28 ℃以内,夜间低温保持在6~8 ℃果实品质较好。

3.6 病虫害防治

病虫害防治遵循“预防为主,综合防治”的原则,强化农业防治、应用物理防治、结合生物防控、辅以化学防治,提倡低量雾喷,减少用药量,既保证草莓质量安全,又能达到目标产量。浙粉莓2 号易感炭疽病,应注意重点防治,其他病虫害采用常规防治方法即可。应加强健壮栽培,保持植株抗性;合理控制棚内湿度,实施全园覆膜,防止积水,加强通风;重点做好生长前期至盖膜前后的病虫害防治工作,草莓开花结果后尽可能减少化学农药使用。

Breeding report of a new early-ripening and pink-peel strawberry cultivar Zhefenmei No. 2

Abstract:Zhefenmei No. 2 (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne) is an early-maturing and pink-peel strawberry cultivar selected from a cross between Kaorino and Yuexin. 223 hybrid seeds were obtained in March 2015 and finally 136 seedlings were obtained in early September, in Hangzhou. From November 2015 to April 2016, 6 superior plants were initially selected based upon the plant growth vigor, disease resistance, mature period, fruit size and fruit quality, and then they were propagated for further test.Among them, the superior line 15-20-17 was further screened out based on the trail from the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2017. During the next growing season, 2017 to 2018, the line 15-20-17 showed early-maturing, beautiful fruit color, consistent fruit shape, good flavor, and high fruit firmness.During the regional adaptability testing at three sites (including Linhai, Jiande and Fuyang) from 2018 to 2023, the traits of the superior line 15-20-17 were stable and consistent, and it was finally identified as a new strain named Zhefenmei No. 2. It obtained the authorization for new plant variety rights in September 2023 (No. CNA20191000753). The plant had moderate growth vigor with 21.3 cm in height and 32.8 cm in expansion diameter. The fruit was conical-shaped with pink-peel color and white flesh, the fruit cavity was absent or small. The fruit texture was fine, the flavor was fragrant and sweet. The average mass of the fruits on the first-class was 30.0 g and 16.9 g on the whole plant. The fruit shape index was 1.29, and the firmness is 417.5 g·cm-2. The average soluble solids content was 12.2%, the total sugar content was 74.19 mg·g-1, the total acidity content was 0.80%, the vitamin C content was 645.66 μg·g-1,the amino acid content was 2.03 mg·g-1, and the anthocyanin content was 6.30 μg·g-1. The plants were moderately resistant to powdery mildew and gray mold, but susceptible to Anthracnose. Under the condition of facility forcing cultivation in Zhejiang Province, Zhefenmei No. 2 was appropriate to transplant from early to mid-September, the budding period was in late October, the full-blooming period was in early November, and the harvest time was in mid-December. This variety flowered continuously,produced high yield, and would be suitable for forcing cultivation under protected conditions in most areas of China.
