早熟、优质蟠桃新品种中蟠101的选育

摘 要:中蟠101是以油桃品种中油15号为母本、蟠桃单株01-77-3为父本,通过人工杂交和胚挽救选育而成的早熟、优质、黄肉蟠桃新品种。该品种果形扁平,果实大小中等,平均单果质量164 g,最大单果质量214 g;果皮底色浅绿黄,成熟时90%以上果面着亮红色,艳丽。果肉黄色,成熟时果皮下花色苷少,近核处无花色苷,肉质细,纤维少,浓甜。果实汁液中含可溶性固形物含量(w)为13.0%~14.9%,品质优良。果核小,扁平形,无裂核。黏核。花为蔷薇型,花瓣5枚,粉红色,萼筒内壁橙黄色,花粉多。自花结实,丰产性好,未发现裂果现象。在郑州地区,中蟠101萌芽时间稍早(2月底),开花时间较早(3月中下旬)。果实6月中旬成熟,果实发育期80 d左右。11月上旬开始落叶,全年生育期230 d左右。适宜在各桃主产区栽培。

蟠桃是普通桃的变种,果形扁平,形状独特,以汁多味美而闻名。蟠桃在中国栽培历史悠久,但多局限在部分区域小范围种植,如江浙等,一直没有在全国大范围推广开来。究其原因,品种匮乏是一方面,早期品种果形不端正、果顶闭合不好等也是导致市场接受程度较低的重要原因。近些年来,国内有不少蟠桃、油蟠桃品种问世,如中蟠桃11 号[1]、金霞油蟠[2]、中油蟠9 号[3]等,这些品种果个大,适应性较强,在果形、外观、品质等方面均取得了较大进步,受到市场青睐,也推动了蟠桃栽培业的兴起。

中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所通过筛选果肉厚、果顶闭合好、不裂果或裂果轻的蟠桃资源,与优良桃、油桃品种杂交,经过多代改良,突破了早期蟠桃育种的瓶颈,选育出了一系列果顶闭合好、裂果轻或不裂果、综合性状良好的蟠桃品种,受到各主产区果农的欢迎,使蟠桃种植走出“小圈子”,融入了大产业。中蟠101是中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所选育的早熟蟠桃新品种,果个较大,果形端正,果顶闭合完全,品质优,丰产性好。经区试,2021年通过了河南省林木品种审定(良种编号:豫S-SV-PP-003-2021)。

1 选育经过

1997 年选用观赏、鲜食兼用桃单株北京2-7 为母本,油蟠桃NF9260[4]为父本,杂交选育出白肉蟠桃优株97-5-31,同年,以红珊瑚[5]为母本,曙光[6]为父本,杂交选育出白肉油桃优株97-2-14。2002 年,以97-5-31为母本,97-2-14为父本,杂交选育出了早中熟、白肉蟠桃优株02-77-3。

2011 年,继续以早熟、白肉油桃中油15 号为母本[7],以02-77-3 为父本配置杂交组合(图1),于3 月31 日母树大蕾期时,人工去雄后进行人工授粉,母本树采用常规管理。中油15 号×02-77-3 组合当年结果33 个,6 月21 日采收杂种果,对杂交种子进行胚挽救,接种到试管WPM培养基上,共获得发育良好的完整种子23 粒。接种到试管的裸种子置于2~7 ℃冷库静置培养。当年10 月中旬,种子开始萌发后,转移到培养室光照培养,生长到2~3 片真叶时,移栽到营养钵基质培养,温室越冬,该组合最终获得杂种实生苗11 株。2012 年4 月中旬定植于桃育种圃,株行距1.0 m×4.0 m,按常规方法栽培管理。

单株7-4-29 于2014 年开花结果,花为蔷薇型,花粉多,自然坐果率高;果实6 月中旬成熟,果形扁平,果个中大,着色好,无花脸,品质优,当年选为优株,进行了高接,并同时对母树和高接树进行观察。经连续观察,该优株果实各主要经济性状表现稳定,2016年复选并开始布置中试,对照品种为中蟠102、中蟠13号。

2 主要经济性状

2.1 植物学特征

中蟠101 树体生长势强,树姿半直立,萌发力、成枝力较强。1年生枝阳面紫红色,节间长度中等,平均2.17 cm。叶片长度中等,14.5 cm左右,宽度中等,约3.7 cm,长椭圆披针形,叶片横截面水平,叶面呈绿色,叶背浅黄绿色,叶基锐尖,叶缘锯齿浅;叶柄长度中,叶柄蜜腺肾形,2~4 个。花枝粗度中等,花芽着生密,多复花芽。花蔷薇型,花瓣数量5 枚,粉红色(图2-A),萼筒内壁橙黄色,花粉多。

2.2 果实主要经济性状

中蟠101 果个中大,平均单果质量164 g,最大214 g。果形扁平,果顶凹入;果实梗洼浅、宽;缝合线浅,两半部较对称;果皮底色浅绿黄,成熟时90%以上果面着亮红色,着色艳丽(图2-B),套袋情况下果面无花色苷,果实呈金黄色。果皮茸毛密度中等。果皮厚度中等,不能剥离。果肉溶质,黄色,成熟时果皮下花色苷少,近核处无花色苷;肉质细,汁液多,纤维少,浓甜。可溶性固形物含量为13.0%~14.9%(表1),品质优良。果核小,扁平形,浅褐色,表面有点纹和沟纹,无裂核,黏核。未发现裂果现象。

2.3 生长结果习性

中蟠101营养生长较旺,萌芽开花时间较早,幼树期一年可抽生2~3 次新梢,二次枝当年可成花。花芽起始节位2~4节,花芽以复花芽为主,复花芽比例74.9%,单花芽比例16.2%。

各类果枝均能结果,幼树期以中长果枝结果为主,盛果期后树势稍缓和,各类果枝均可稳定结果,坐果率可达40.6%,建议以中果枝结果为主,严格疏果。该品种在较好管理条件下,第2年结果,第3年每666.7 m2产量可超过1500 kg,进入盛果期,第4年每666.7 m2产量可达到2000 kg。

2.4 物候期

在郑州地区,中蟠101 萌芽时间偏早(2 月底),开花时间较早(3月下旬)。果实6月中旬成熟,果实发育期80 d左右。11月上旬开始落叶,到11月中旬完全落叶,全年生育期230 d左右。

2.5 抗逆性与栽培适应性

中蟠101 为早熟蟠桃品种,在郑州地区一般年份3月下旬开花,果实6月中旬成熟上市。病虫害方面,避开了中后期发生较多的果实病虫,但要注意早期蚜虫、卷叶蛾等的发生。经过多年、多点试验观察,中蟠101 在河南省各桃主栽区表现出较好的栽培适应性,未发现明显花芽冻害现象,能实现丰产稳产。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 建园定植

挖宽深各80 cm定植沟,回填时每666.7 m2补充优质有机肥3000 kg以上。北方及山区、丘陵或较瘠薄的土地采用(1.5~2.0)m×4.0 m的株行距,2主枝V字形整枝;肥水条件较好的地块适当稀植,采用(2.0~3.0)m×5.0 m 的株行距,按多主枝V 字形整枝。东西主枝夹角保持60°~70°。

3.2 整形修剪

培养强健主枝,控制侧枝和结果枝组大小。加强夏剪,控上促下,及时疏除旺长大枝,改善树冠中下部光照条件。

3.3 肥水管理

幼树期可适当补充复合肥,促进树冠扩大。施肥用量应根据树势适当调整,树势旺少施或不施,树势弱适当多施。根据土壤墒情适时浇水,避免旱涝交替。为保证果实品质,采收前适当控水控氮。

3.4 花果管理

视坐果情况适当疏花疏果,保持合理负载。疏果应在花后40 d左右,大、小果区分明显时进行。疏除畸形果、病虫果、朝天果和丛生果,保持果实间距15 cm 左右,以产定果,将每666.7 m2 产量控制在2000 kg左右。

3.5 病虫害防治

病虫害防治应以防为主,实行以农业防治、物理防治、生物防治等为主的综合防控。冬季彻底清园,萌芽期全园喷施一遍5°Bé 石硫合剂,花前花后各喷1 遍吡虫啉或氟定虫胺腈防治蚜虫,视情况花后2 周再喷1 遍螺虫乙酯。其他病虫视发生情况及时防控。

Breeding report on an early ripening and high quality flat peach cultivar Zhong Pan 101

Abstract:Flat peach is a variety of Prunus persica and characterized with flat fruit shape.The production of flat peach has been restricted in very limited regions in China for a very long time,due to cracking fruit,not well-closed fruit top and so on.Some new flat peach/nectarines were released in recent 20 years,and attractive to the consumers,such as Zhongpan 11,Jinxia Youpan,and Zhongyoupan 9.These cultivars have made a great progress in their comprehensive traits,especially in fruit size,fruit cracking and fruit shape. however, early maturing cultivar is still rare. In 2011, a cross was made between Zhongyou 15 and 02-77-3.11 seedlings were finally obtained and planted in the field in 2012.The seedlings began to flower and bear fruit in 2014.After 3 consecutive fruiting years observation,the seedling numbered 7-4-29 was selected for early ripening,perfect appearance and high fruit quality.The regional trials began in 2017. It was named as Zhong Pan 101 and authorized to release in Henan province in 2021.The fruit of Zhong Pan 101 is flat with concave fruit apex,the suture is shallow and symmetrical.The fruit size is middle to large with average fruit mass 164 g.The background color of the fruit skin is light green-yellow, and more than 90% of the fruit surface is covered with rose-red color when maturing.The fruit peel is medium in thickness and difficult to tear off.The flesh is yellow,with less anthocyanins under the pericarp at maturity and no anthocyanins near the nucleus.The flesh texture is fine,with less fiber. The fruit is melting and juicy with very good flavor. The content of soluble solids in fruit juice(w)is 13.0%-14.9%.The stone is cling.The pit is small,flat and light brown.The flower is showy with 5 pink petals. The inner wall of the calyx tube is orange yellow. It is fertile with middle to high yield. In Zhengzhou, the bud of Zhong Pan 101 breaks in late February and blooms in middle to late March.The fruit ripens in mid-June, and the fruit development period is about 80 days.The leaves begin to fall in early November,and the annual growth period is about 230 d.Zhong Pan 101 is suitable to cultivate in open field or in protected cultivation condition in Northern China.
