晚熟甜樱桃新品种晚蜜露的选育

摘 要晚蜜露是由河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所选育的晚熟型甜樱桃新品种,该品种是通过对甜樱桃Stella自然授粉获得的实生种子进行胚抢救获得。该品种果个大,平均单果质量10.92 g,最大单果质量可达14.2 g;果实呈心形,果皮紫红色,有光泽,缝合线不明显,果顶平,果柄细长;果肉呈红色,肉厚多汁,可食率达94.7%,肉质较硬,果实去皮硬度为2.18 kg·cm-2,耐贮运;果实风味甜,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)为18.12%,可溶性糖含量为11.0%,可滴定酸含量为0.46%,鲜食品质上等;丰产、稳产性好,抗逆性强。在河北省秦皇岛和唐山地区果实发育期为62 d左右,6月中旬成熟。目前,该品种在河北省樱桃适栽区已进行栽培,并在向更广阔的区域推广栽培。

甜樱桃色泽鲜艳、口味甜美、营养丰富,是落叶果树中经济价值最高的树种之一[1]。近20年来我国甜樱桃种植业发展迅猛,栽培面积和产量迅速增加,已成为世界第一生产国[1-2],但生产上的主栽品种大部分为国外品种,这就造成了很多引进品种因土壤、气候环境的差异出现“水土不服”,出现适应性差、产量低、品质差等问题。因此,培育适合我国土壤和气候环境的优质、丰产、抗逆性与适应性强的甜樱桃新品种,实现栽培良种的本土化,对丰富我国甜樱桃品种结构、满足消费者需求有重要意义。

河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所自2002 年起,利用胚抢救技术对Stella自然授粉获得的实生种子进行胚培养,选育出优质、丰产、适应性强的晚熟甜樱桃新品种晚蜜露(图1)。

1 选育过程

河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所樱桃创新团队考虑甜樱桃品种的主要经济和植物学性状,并综合历年产量、质量和树体状况,2002 年选用本单位资源圃保存的树势健壮的Stella作为母本,于6月中旬果实成熟期摘取自然授粉的果实,获得实生种子675 粒,剥取种胚,利用胚抢救技术最终获得510 株实生杂交苗。2003 年5 月初,定植于河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所创新基地,进行常规管理。

2006 年实生树开始结果,此后连续3 a(年)对510株实生树果实性状系统评价,从中筛选出6个初选优系,其中ST793 表现突出,果个大,风味甜,丰产。2008 年高接复选同时嫁接在山樱砧木上进行决选,结果后各株系经济性状稳定,株系间表型稳定且没有差异。2012 年将优系ST793 及对照品种红灯、Stella、雷尼嫁接在本溪山樱砧木上,在河北省昌黎县、乐亭县和滦南县进行区域栽培试验及品种比较试验。区域试验结果表明,ST793 在各地均表现为晚熟、大果型、风味甜、鲜食品质上等;其特异性、一致性、稳定性与其母株保持一致,丰产稳产性好;适应性与抗逆性较强。经分子标记分析,ST793 与目前主栽品种砂蜜豆及亲本Stella 在分子水平上存在差异(图2)。2020年通过河北省林木品种审定委员会审定,定名为晚蜜露(冀S-SV-CA-015-2020)。

2 主要性状

2.1 植物学特征

晚蜜露的树体中庸,成枝力较强,枝条角度较直立,树冠紧凑。一年生枝褐色,节间较长,皮孔中密,无茸毛。成熟叶片长卵圆形,深绿色,平均叶长15.74 cm,宽7.14 cm,叶背茸毛稀疏,叶姿平展,叶基呈广圆形,叶尖急尾尖,叶缘细重锯齿,叶柄较短,平均长3.89 cm,叶柄上有2~4个红色肾形蜜腺。每个花序1~4朵花,花冠白色,平均直径4.11 cm,具5~6枚扁圆形重叠花瓣,雌蕊柱头略低于雄蕊,花粉较多(表1)。

2.2 生物学性状

2.2.1 生长结果习性 晚蜜露树势中庸,6 年生树高4.1 m,冠径4.2 m,干周30.0 cm,成枝能力强,一年生枝长度1.0 m,节间长度4.7 cm。定植后3 a 即可形成花芽,4 a 开始结果,5 a 进入丰产阶段,每666.7 m2产量达705.0 kg,丰产稳产性好,无大小年现象。幼树期以中长果枝结果为主,随着树龄的不断增加,各类结果枝比率也在逐渐改变,长、中果枝比率减少,花束状果枝、莲座状果枝比率增大,9 年生树各类结果枝比率为:长果枝12.2%,中短果枝18.0%,花束状果枝43.5%,莲座状果枝26.3%。

2.2.2 物候期及抗逆性 在河北省昌黎地区,3 月中下旬开始萌芽,4 月2 日左右进入始花期,4 月12日前后进入盛花期,果实成熟期为6 月中旬。果实全发育期62 d 左右,为晚熟品种。经过多年在不同区域试验观察,发现晚蜜露花芽抗寒能力强,在秦皇岛、唐山地区经历-20 ℃低温后没有观察到明显的花芽冻害现象,仍能正常开花、结果。

2.3 果实经济性状

晚蜜露果实较大,平均单果质量10.92 g,最大果质量可达14.2 g。果实形状为心形,果顶平,果实平均纵径2.5 cm,平均横径2.6 cm,果形一致。果皮紫红色,有光泽,果肉为红色,肉厚多汁,可食率94.7%,肉质较硬,果肉硬度为2.18 kg·cm-2。果实风味甜,可溶性固形物含量为20.6%,可溶性糖含量为12.2%,可滴定酸含量为0.46%(表2)。果实成熟期较晚,在河北省昌黎地区,晚蜜露成熟期为6月中旬。

3 栽培技术要点

3.1 建园

选择交通方便、土层深厚、土壤肥沃的平地或山地梯田建园,土壤以中性壤土或沙壤土为宜。起垄栽培,垄高20~30 cm,垄宽2.0 m,株行距(2~3)m×5 m,定植沟宽深为60 cm×60 cm,施入腐熟的有机肥,将表土回填到定植沟穴。栽植后浇水,覆黑色地膜。距地面90~100 cm定干。

3.2 肥水管理

幼树期除施基肥外还应适当补充复合肥,以氮肥为主,辅助适量的磷肥,促使树冠的形成。秋季施基肥以8月下旬至9月中旬为宜,幼树每株施肥量为25~50 kg;盛果期大树每株施肥量100 kg 左右。花期、果实膨大期、果实采收后可进行追肥,如果树专用肥或腐熟的牛羊粪等,施肥后要及时灌水或随水冲施。花后至采收前每隔一周,叶面喷施0.3%的尿素加0.1%~0.2%硼砂加0.3%磷酸二氢钾或一些微量元素营养液,可提高坐果率,增加产量,提高果实品质。

定植后1~2 年的幼树在土壤相对含水量低于60%时就需浇水,2~3 年生,正常年份浇水5~6 次即可,应注意浇好花前水、硬核水、采前水、基肥水、封冻水和解冻水。同时雨季及时排水,避免发生涝灾。

3.3 花果管理

晚蜜露为异花结实品种,需配置授粉树,初花期放蜂辅助授粉;盛花期喷液体硼与赤霉素2次,提高坐果率;谢花后每隔7~10 d喷施1次叶面肥,共喷2~3次,补充养分,促进果实发育,提高果实品质;果实膨大期适量浇水,促进果实发育,增加单果质量。

3.4 整形修剪

晚蜜露适宜树形为纺锤形。幼树期营养生长旺盛,多进行开角、拉枝以开张树姿,使枝条平展;盛果期,应重视夏季修剪,均衡树势,调整树体结构,改善通风透光条件。

3.5 病虫害防治

冬季做好清园工作;萌芽前喷1次5波美度石硫合剂,防治各种杂菌及越冬卵出蛰危害;5月上旬喷代森锰锌、叶枯唑、高效氯氰菊酯,防治细菌性穿孔病及金龟子和介壳虫类危害;5月底—6月中旬为果蝇高发期,地面喷高效氯氰菊酯,果面喷短稳杆菌,并结合悬挂糖醋液;果实采收后,夏季喷阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯等,加强毛虫类、螨类害虫的防治;8月上旬,喷功夫菊酯、甲维盐、代森锰锌、己唑醇及三唑锡,防止早期落叶。

Breeding report of a new late-ripening sweet cherry cultivar Wanmilu

Abstract:Wanmilu is a newly released late-ripening sweet cherry cultivar, which was selected by embryo rescue from the naturally pollinated seeds of sweet cherry Stella at the Changli Institute of Pomology,Hebe Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Science.In 2002,over 670 seedling seeds of Stella were collected through natural pollination, among which 510 hybrid seedlings were obtained using embryo rescue technology in 2003.Among them, ST793 was first selected in 2008 for its big fruit size, hard flesh and sweet flavor.Regional adaptability tests were performed in Changli, Laoting and Luannan counties in Hebei province from 2012 to 2017.The results were good, and it was finally examined,approved and named as Wanmilu in 2020.The trees of Wanmilu are moderately vigorous, with high bud break rate and branch development capability.Annual shoots are brown.The average length of annual shoots is 100 cm and the internode length is 4.7 cm.Leaves are elongated ellipsoid, acute apex with small biserrate margin.There are 1-4 flowers within each inflorescence.The flower is white,and the relative position of petals (5-6) is overlapped, petals are oblate in shape, and stamens are slightly higher than pistil with more pollen grains.The fruit of Wanmilu is heart-shaped,covered with purplish red,and the surface is glossy.The average fruit mass is 9.2 g and up to 14.2 g for the maximum one.The fruit flesh of Wanmilu is red, crisp, thick, juicy and sweet.The fruit quality of Wanmilu is excellent with sweet taste, the soluble solids content is 18.12%, the soluble sugar content is 11.0%, the titratable acid content is 0.46%,and the peeled flesh firmness is 2.18 kg·cm-2.The first flowering date of Wanmilu is in early April, the fruit can be harvested in mid-June, and the fruit development period is about 62 d in Changli area,Hebei province.In general,grafted seedlings will bloom and bear fruit in the third year after planted,and reach full fruit period in the fifth year.The yield of quinquennial and septennial grafted plants is 705.0 kg and 830.0 kg per 666.7 m2, respectively.Wanmilu has a wide adaptability, it has better stress resistance, such as strong barren tolerance, cold resistance, resistance to leaf spot disease and early defoliation disease.For cultivation techniques,the spacing between trees and between rows is(2-3) m × 5 m, and summer pruning should be emphasized for balancing tree vigor and promoting fruit.Wanmilu is a good cultivar and suitable for planting inside the Hebei area, and was certified (Register No:Ji S-SV-CA-015-2020)by the Evaluation Committees of Hebei Province in 2020.
